Heavy Lift

U.S. Flag Heavy Lift Vessels

American Overseas Marine has been working closely with Teras Cargo Transport (America), LLC, providing manning (full technical support) to two U.S. Flag heavy lift vessels. The two vessels, BBC HOUSTON (ex BBC AUSTRALIA) and BBC SEATTLE (ex BBC CONGO) are capable of carrying U.S. Preference Cargo from containers to hazardous material to heavy project lifts.
The cranes that are fitted onboard provide self-sustaining capability for cargo up to 250 tons in a single lift and 500 tons in tandem lifts.

A joint venture established between Teras Cargo Transport (America), LLC and BBC Chartering provides shippers with options for all their cargo needs on both U.S. Flag and Foreign Flag service.
